1. Sterilize pass thru box description
The high-temperature sterilization transfer window is equipped with a high-temperature heating rod device, which can reach 100 degrees Celsius in a short time, up to 250 degrees Celsius, and can regulate the temperature. The internal environment of the transfer window is formed into a high temperature environment, and the goods to be delivered are subjected to high temperature sterilization. Suitable for medical research, pharmaceutical plants, laboratories, hospital operating rooms, etc.
The pass box is made of 304 stainless steel while the internal walls are smooth which is dustproof and rustless, the doors are with silicone gasket & automatic door bottom sealed which with excellent sealing performance. It also equipped with fan starting interconnection capacity on both sides of the front & back doors, air can be supplied automatically when opening any door of them.
The pass box offers easy access or passage of small items between clean room and outer dust areas, it helps to reduce the numbers of opening the door and cross contamination, this product also has the self-purification capacity for its inner space.
2. Sterilize pass thru box Feature
It is adopted the stainless steel inside, which is flat, neat, wearable.
The surface material of pass-box is cold rolled steel or stainless steel.
Doors in two sides with machinery or electronic interlock device marked two doors can't be in the open state at the same time.
Pass box with special seal stripe guarantee the airproof.

3. Working principle of sterilize pass thru box
1. Mechanical interlocking device: The internal interlocking is realized in the form of a machine. When one door is opened, the other door cannot be opened. The other door must be closed before the other door can be opened.
2. Electronic interlocking device: The internal use of integrated circuits, electromagnetic locks, control panels, lights and other interlocking, when one of the doors is open, the other door open indicator light is off, to inform this door can not be opened, while electromagnetic Lock action to achieve interlocking. When the door is closed, the other electromagnetic lock starts to work and the indicator lights up, indicating that the other door can be opened.
